Q1. What is METER HUB?
A METER HUB (a brand of SN ENTERPRISES) is an online store selling energy meters, electric meters, sub meters, prepaid meters and smart meters for homes, shops, factories and rental properties.
Q2. What types of meters can I buy from your website?
We sell single-phase meters, three-phase meters, energy meters, electric meters, sub meters, prepaid meters and smart meters.
Q3. Can I place an order online?
Yes. Select a product, add it to your cart, enter your address and payment details, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation via SMS/Email.
Q4. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for selected pincodes. Please check your pincode at checkout to confirm.
Q5. Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every order is billed by SN ENTERPRISES with a GST invoice. Enter your GST number at checkout so the invoice is issued in your company's name.
Q6. Do you accept wholesale / bulk orders?
Yes. We offer special pricing for bulk orders from retailers, builders, housing societies and factories. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email.
Q7. Do you provide installation services?
Installation is available in selected cities. You may also get the meter installed by your licensed electrician — a wiring guide is provided with each meter.
Q8. What is the difference between an energy meter and a sub meter?
An energy meter is installed on the main supply (e.g., a home or shop's main connection). A sub meter is installed after the main meter — for example, a landlord installing separate meters for tenants, or a factory measuring consumption per machine/unit.
Q9. What is the difference between a single-phase and a three-phase meter?
Single-phase meters are for homes/shops (230V). Three-phase meters (415V) are for heavier loads — factories, motors and commercial buildings. Choose based on your load; if unsure, ask the METER HUB team.
Q10. Which brands are available?
We offer meters from trusted brands such as L&T, Schneider, Havells, Indotech, Bentec, Secure, HPL, etc. (Mention only the brands listed on your website.)
Q11. Are the meters ISI marked / BIS certified?
Yes. All meters available at METER HUB are ISI/BIS certified and quality-tested.
Loss
Q18. What if the meter is damaged in transit?
Report any damage or leakage with photos within 48 hours of delivery — a free replacement will be provided.
Return
Q19. What is your return policy?
Products can be returned within ___ days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. Tampered or installed meters cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Shipping/Delivery
Q14. How long does delivery take?
2–7 working days in metro cities and 4–8 working days elsewhere in India. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Warrenty
Q13. What is the warranty period?
Warranty is 1–10 years depending on the manufacturer. A warranty card is included with the product.

Q21. How do I claim warranty?
Contact METER HUB support with a copy of your invoice — we will arrange replacement/repair through the manufacturer.
